Consultants in Laboratory Medicine's team of Account Representatives serves as an invaluable resource to physicians and their staff. They are established as the primary liaison to the physician offices and ProMedica Laboratories, our laboratory partner.

The Account Representatives are the principal contact for all support services providing technical, procedural, and compliance updates to the physician practices on a continuing basis. They also keep the offices informed by providing Laboratory Medicine Update, a newsletter covering the latest developments in clinical and anatomic pathology.

Working directly with the Medical and Professional Staff at Consultants in Laboratory Medicine, the Account Representatives introduce new service features and electronic capabilities including Atlas LabWorks and the Laboratory Medicine Consultation Program. They also provide training to the physician practices on these programs.
