Vicki Hilty, Executive Assistant, is an integral part of the Administrative Team and provides support to the CEO, President, and Executive Management Staff. Vicki collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization. In addition, she assists with the planning and implementation of events associated with the Pathology Education Consortium (PEC), such as the Lab InfoTech Summit.

Jim Pokorny, Chief Financial Officer, and Patricia Maher, Controller, work together to direct and oversee the activities of the Corporate Accounting Department. They establish and maintain systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data and enhance the Company's value.

Janet Napierala-Panos, Human Resources and Benefits Manager, designs and implements human resources programs and policies and ensures the plans are administered in accordance with Federal and State regulations and plan provisions are followed. She also serves as the HIPPA Privacy/Compliance Officer and provides guidance on all HIPPA compliance matters. Jan also provides administrative support to the Legal counsel at CLM.

Samantha Averill, Pathology Division Administrator, oversees day to day operations in the pathology division. She works with the physicians on scheduling, reporting issues, and quality assurance. Samantha is also responsible for CLM cancer reporting and credentialing.
